Krystal S. Humes completed a Masters in Clinical and Health Psychology from Bangor University, in North Wales, UK. She has experience working with Children, Adolescents and Adults who struggle with Managing Stress, Anger, Recovery from Trauma, Abuse, Addiction, Coping with Anxiety, Depression and other personal challenges. Krystal strives to provide a warm, supportive and therapeutic environment where her clients can feel safe to explore their feelings and concerns.
Krystal cares about her client’s growth as a whole and as such employs a holistic approach that focuses on the emotional, the social and the physical wellbeing of each person she works with. She recognizes that healing is client-centered and ultimately stems from one’s ability to effectively tap into inner strengths and resources. Her goal is to help each individual identify those innate qualities as they unearth and increase self-awareness, learn better coping mechanisms and develop healthier behavioral and thought patterns.
